The Zodiac Show is a multi-genre, music driven, concert-style theatrical event that has featured such legendary entertainers as Macy Gray, Adam Lambert and Carmit Bachar (formerly of The Pussycat Dolls).

It all started in 2001 as an underground after-hours event in a Hollywood photo studio. It was dubbed “The Freedom Party.”

Lee Cherry, an LA based photographer along with Bachar and some of their friends, threw a legendary all night event that attracted celebrities such as Christina Aguilera, Usher, Janet Jackson, Brittney Murphy, Michael C. Hall as well as the hottest underground superstars. choreographers. dancers, musicians, and performing artists of all stripes. But no matter what they were into or their level of success, they danced the night away, sharing a common bond Freedom.

Adam Lambert'The Freedom Party' was a place where rockers, rappers. dancers, drag queens, celebs, fire eating supermodels, and spoken word poets found a harmonious creative outlet. It became clear that the organic jams needed a real setting and stage. Thus. The Zodiac Show was born.

A modern day Moulin Rouge that has found its way to some of LA's hottest venues such as The Key Club on the Sunset Strip and the legendary Avalon Hollywood. No publicists, no billboards, just word of mouth. Grammy winning and nominated artists Macy Gray and Vikter Duplaix performed, as well as underground celebs Dita Von Teese and Masuimi Max. Combined with today’s hottest choreographers, dancers and musicians for artists such as Madonna. Jennifer Lopez. Janet Jackson. Britney Spears. and Robin Thicke, it was a magical spectacle' The Zodiac Show has truly been an organic process with the purest intentions, and continues to evolve while re-inspiring all to remember why we do what we do on stage. If you get it. you get it. If not...there's lots of sexy and talented entertainers putting on a fabulous variety show!

Cherry and Bachar have taken the 2008 show and created a detailed documentary, called The Zodiac Show: Metamorphosis, that they hope will surface at film festivals. See how a simple documentation turned into documentary which is now being considered for Sundance.

Carmit also discussed what it was like when she was a Pussycat Doll, what her upcoming solo album will be like, and her extensive charity work. So sit down, relax, turn up the volume and enjoy.
