Sex'd Up Steel Panther Bring Back The 80s

Steel Panther

If you thought that 80's music was a thing of the past, then you are sadly mistaken and you obviously haven't heard of the escapades of Steel Panther. This band is truly what the 80's were all about - the music, the show, the clothes, the hair, and the attitude. Lexxi (Steel Panther bass guitar and back-up vocals) wants "to bring the 80's back for many reason, but for all the people that lived through the 80's and saw how bitchin' it was and lived through it. I also want to bring it back for the ones that didn't experience how bitchin the 80's were and lifestyle, partying all the time. These poor kids didn't get to live through that and now were bringing it back so they can live it".

Steel Panther are now on tour and performed their first and only Canadian concert on Tuesday, December 8th at the Commodore Ballroom, were they left everyone feeling good and wanting more. But, before the show RockStar Weekly was able to have a quick chat with them and found out the in-depth workings of Lexxi Foxxx and Michael Starr. So stick around and check it out.

You guys are out to bring back 80s hair metal. What is it about that music that makes you want to bring it back?

What about the sex and drugs part of the rock n roll lifestyle. Is that something you want to bring back too?

Who influenced Steel Panther?

How about booze? What influences Steel Panther?

Tell me about the girls and women in your life. What are they like?

What draws the girls out to see you guys?

How do you want people to feel when they leave a Steel Panther show?

There are a couple bonus tracks on the UK version of the album.
