PNE - 100 Years Of Fun

Age of Evil Offer Twists To Classic Metal Sound

Age of Evil is the new voice for the classic metal sound. They may be young but they certainly can bring evil out with their new exciting twists to old metal. This "two brother" band knew they wanted to be in a band together since the age of 7. According to Jeremy Goldberg (vocals/guitar), their influences are “Santana, Led Zeppelin, all kinds of band and we love hard rock metal because of the musician ship and everything that comes along with it and it’s really fun to play especially live. It’s really fun to write music and record music. It really was the music that we were meant to play.”

Age Of Evil is the new generation of metal and they prove it by being one of the first metal bands to have their own iPhone and iPod applications - so eat that Iron Maiden! Stick around, 'cause this band is diffidently going places.

You guys are living every young persons dream. You’re in a rock band. Is this your dream job?

Are the other brothers close friends?

The Age Of Evil sound seems to have some older influences like Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. Where did your interest in metal and some of the classic bands come from?

What’s it like being in a band with your brother?

Two teams of brothers is a unique setting for a band. Do you have people talking about that, like it’s a bad idea or anything?

You guys just released your second release. Was recording Get Dead any different for you than when you recorded Living A Sick Dream?

The songs seem heavier and more focused. Is this an indication that the band is growing and maturing?

What are some of the topics you wanted to sing about on Get Dead?

I noticed you have an iphone and ipod apps coming soon. That’s pretty cool. Tell me about it.

Megadeth’s old axeman Marty Friedman has said some kind words. How did he find out about you guys and have you hooked up with him?

Any chances that you’ll hook up with other metal legends?

Is there anyone in particular you would like to have play on your album?

All the bands you guys get compared to have been known for legendary live shows. What does Age of Evil bring to a live show?

Some of the band that I have talked to about writing the songs. Some have more of the final studio version in-mind and some have more live version in-mind.

Are you finding your audience is younger or do you have the same type of fans that iron Maiden might have?

Do you guys think you’re the new voice for that classic metal sound?

Where do you see the future of metal going?

How about the future of Age of Evil?
